Interior designer

Contract Furniture, Inc. is a full-service commercial furniture dealership based in Tampa, Florida.  We are a Kimball Select Dealership, one of 49 in North America. 

Contract Furniture, Inc.  is expanding its workforce and presence in the market.  We are looking for a degreed Interior Designer to join our full-service design division.   If you are an Interior Design professional that wants to join a team that is committed and passionate about what they do, and where they are going, this could be the opportunity you seek.  

 Requirements; 

  • AutoCAD and Cap Worksheet experience/ knowledge required.  

  • Strong overall computer skills needed. 

  • Open plan space planning experience.  

  • Keen on listening, questioning and understanding needs of Managers, Sales team, and clients.  

  • Assist Sales Staff to establish design requirements, proposal and presentation preparation. 

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.  

  • Excellent time management skills/ability to prioritize and estimate design project timelines.   

  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and self-motivated.  

  • Personality that functions well in high performance quality driven environment.  

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.  

  • BA in Interior Design required. 

Summary 
The Interior Designer is a technical resource for design services and is responsible for completion of design services.

Account coordinator

 Requirements; 

  • Computer savvy being proficient in Power point, Microsoft, and Excel applications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and innovative writing skills

  • Creative/positive thinker, self-motivated, and team player

  • Customer service experience, high energy, and someone who values integrity

  • Prefer a Greater Tampa Bay resident 

Responsibilities include;

  • Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs

  • Managed key service request accounts. Ensure all information is available to the installations team and the job request is completed on time and within budget

  • Generate and verify daily installation packs

  • Support to Management to include but not limited to; new job setups, entering and submitting schedule requests, provide support and follow through on projects, research, prepare spreadsheets

  • Works closely with all departments to ensure all projects run smoothly

  • Filing, answering phones, greeting guests into Commercial Furniture Showroom
